Shipping

1. Pre-order
  • Please allow between 4-6 weeks for orders to ship out.
  • We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to ensure your pre-ordered items are delivered to you promptly once they become available.

2. Premade-Orders:

  • Estimated delivery time for pre-made orders is 3-8 business days, starting from the date of purchase.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping carriers.

3. Order Processing:

  • All pre-made orders will be processed and packaged on the next business day following your order confirmation. ( This does not include weekends or public holidays.)

4. Shipping Costs:

  • We offer freeshipping for pre orders . In future drops that are premade we will make customers pay for shipping.

5. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your order.

7. Address information:

  • Estilo Azteca is not responsible for you putting the wrong address. It is the BUYERS obligation to make sure that they put their correct address. 
  • After dropping you order of any problems such as "My order got lost in the mail" is not our fault. We are not responsible for your order getting lost or the carrier having errors.

 

6. Where do we ship:

  • We currently offer shipping within the United States only. Currently we do NOT have shipping outside the united states.

RETURN POLICY:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. If you are to receive the wrong product, size, or a defected item please contact us with your issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Know that you will have to show proof of purchase and when you bought the item. Depending on the circumstances will determine wether if you're eligible for us to send you the product again.
